The objective of Department of Business Administration is to give a strong background and competitive power providing a base for personal and social satisfaction for the graduates in working in international or multinational organizations, government agencies.
The Department of Business Administration provides a broad spectrum in business functions like Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management and Organization, Production, Human Resources and also provides an opportunity of focusing on one of those business functions throughout the elective courses. Students position themselves as being well instructed in business and following those courses in English, so that make them competitive in working arena.
Description of the Course
The courses at the Department of Business Administration have been designed as to have core courses covering Economics, Fundamental Business, Quantitative Courses like Calculus for Business and Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Management and Organization, required to understand fundamental business functions; and elective courses to give alternatives to specialize in one of the Business functions, like Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Management and Organization, Courses to provide an opportunity of obtaining the diploma in Double Majoring. Duration of the course is 4 years (8 semesters). Erasmus Programs for the students as to have a chance to take courses at the European Partner Universities and to get international experience as well.
The program, thereby, is geared to give students the knowledge, skills and analytical thinking required to pursue a career in business or an advanced study so that the graduates could get job offers from leading multinationals and local firms as well as the public enterprises.
Our graduates can be employed at different level in private institutions operating in banking, tourism, and consulting, auditing, insurance, foreign trade and transportation sectors. Besides they may have chance to work in public institutions such as Central Bank, Treasury or Ministry of Finance after finishing training periods or winning the exams.
